Jeff Hein, Partner
Sales & Development
Jeff Hein has over 30 years of business experience and a proven record of building high-performance teams and collaborative partnerships. He began in construction in 2014 as a partner of a steel fabrication and construction firm in Melissa, TX, which he led to a successful buyout in 2020. Jeff continued developing industry relationships, founding JHA Construction in 2024. He currently oversees business development and drives the company's direction and growth.
Cody Hein, Partner
Business Operations
Cody Hein graduated from Brigham Young University in 2021 with a degree in Finance. He began his career in management consulting with Oliver Wyman in Dallas, where he spent three years helping companies improve operations, strategy, and financial performance. In 2024, Cody co-founded JHA Construction with Jeff Hein and now manages business operations, using his analytical and consulting background to drive efficient and effective processes across the company.
Miguel Avila
Field Operations
Miguel Avila began his construction career immediately after high school and has built a deep set of technical and leadership skills over more than 20 years in the industry. His experience spans multiple construction companies and a variety of field roles, giving him broad expertise in steel erection and general construction practices. Miguel leads all field operations for JHA, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards on every project.
Tim Johnson
Director of Estimating
Tim Johnson brings more than 20 years of experience in the technology and software industry, developing deep expertise in strategic partnerships, business development, and process optimization across North America. After making the transition to the steel industry, Tim joined JHA as Director of Estimating, bringing his analytical mindset and results-driven approach to deliver accurate, competitive estimates that help set every JHA project up for success.
